Here's my take on the latest news and lack of PR:
1) The mouse data is the only news anyone really wants to see right now (presuming IPO news is coming after that time frame). So, IMO, a PR for today's news would have been a waste of money.
2) Everyone has been waiting on the arrival of $5MM. So if Joe PRs the receipt of $2MM, there would just be more people saying, "Joe said $5MM was on the way, and we only got $2MM... blah blah blah...".
3) The receipt of $2MM is fantastic. Great work, Joe and Team. Take the money and keep moving forward.
