The NGIO S-1s are not yet effective. Joe had said on one of the calls late last year (Aug?) that the SEC had reviewed the S1s, and he basically needs to choose an EFFECT date.

Not sure how that works, but he indicated that the SEC was satisfied with the information that had been submitted.
