Are the NGIO S1s effective ? I believe all 3 of them are not effective yet and these S1s are filed in Sep .. wondering what makes us think these will become effective as this is in the hands of Sec . After that prospectus and roadshow will take 2-3 weeks. In essence the wait is on the effectiveness of S1s and one cannot say when we will go live on Nasdaq

Am I stating this right or did I misunderstood something?
