Mrs Scott Kelly bought 166,000 shares is what other CYDY boards are saying.
Also, she did sell any shares, but somehow took an action that permits her to sell within the next 3 months, she has not sold, and I'd surely take all of the above as very bullish for CYDY stock. It seems obvious she expects the share price to rise soon. Of course, they talk about stuff at bedtime.
