Are there time requirements that need to be met before up-listing to the NYSE or NASDAQ? Understandably, 2 months appears to be a bit quick, but unless there is nothing stopping them too (other than becoming current with filings) I don't see why they couldn't.
Worse case, they'll have to push the date back a bit to complete the goal.
