The 5.77 trade was likely from the day before. Seen it happen a handful of times.
The only time I have found T-trades to be meaningful is in a down trend. This usually happens when there is a known seller of shares. Usually some fund that has financed a company and is being paid in shares. It typically happens almost daily and is an average of the days trades. The MM is working a sales order of size and they are doing it slowly over a period of time so as to not cause a panic. The good thing is once the T-trades stop appearing you know the coast is clear.
