Ttrades are a collection of transactions that occured. Both purchases and sales, that for one reason or another were handled manually.

You would think that the price action would be indicative, but it may not. It could be a pre planned sale. It could be a buyer or seller moving a large chunk of shares and they don't want to affect the market. It could be a number.of things. It's hard to say. And for that reason, I just ignore it. Lol
