3 am Pacific is when CYDY used to issue all of their PR's before they started to mix them up.
For a while I would get up at 3 am each morning to check if anything was there.
That prior Philippines video was more informative than any of the US ones CYDY put on, so I will be watching live. Although IMO it's only the Concerned Doctors and Citizens of Philippines group putting it on.
