The phrase in color bothers me.
"licensing or other revenues of no less than $15,000,000, over the period including 2020 and continuing until twelve months after the Company has completed development of a functioning product integrating the QMC HealthID intellectual property and Innova Medical Group’s products".
Why will it stop after 12 months of a completed functioning product?
What event is planned?
Does the functioning product becomes theirs and no longer QMC's?
But won't they own 51% of QMC by then?
Will it stop than because QMC will no exist (Reverse Merger)?
Is so why stop the flow of revenue to your own subsidiary?.
