Good point and I believe Dr Malan was in agreement that development of products not be limited because he may already have or possibly could have retained some ownership rights in? Should receive some fairly quick filings IMO and Stephen's address to shareholder's as to a required vote? Lets hope we can accomplish the filings in short order its high time and maybe ultimately the reason for the delay?
