It sounds good that they are on the hook. However when there are no assets, no value, and seemingly no one responsible at whose desk the buck stops it becomes a case of careful planning as to how to proceed and against who. The SEC being the criminal collection of clowns, incompetents and complicity hardly makes me sleep better at night!  I certainly do not claim to have all the answers, and I am no expert in law or securities matters but I know this could become a long tough road to hoe and I for one think we need some big guns who won’t blink regardless of how high this goes and what lowlifes they employ.
