Let's for a minute and look at QMC's blockchain technology a little differently for a moment, and not even taking the app into consideration..
How does Innova or the government know how many Innova test were positive or negative?
They would have to recorded and collected.
Let's make an assumption for the moment that since Innova is licensing the blockchain technology from QMC, Innova is also using QMC's blockchain to collect and analyze the result of each test.
Being very conservative lets say for every test recorded QMC received a penny, at 400 million test that would mean 4 million in revenue.
If they received 5 cents a test that would be 20 million in revenue.
Without ever using the app publicly.
