We are in a Win-Win situation if the SP raises after positive CD-12 results.
A shelf offering of, say 10 Million shares will give us much more than $100 Million to " go and get" Oncology and NASH with aggressive and extensive trials.
If sustainable revenue comes in before that, the BOD should start an aggressive Buy-Back program that will increase the SP accordingly (reducing the float).
I personally don't want any dividends for the time being. Maybe when SP is 3 digit.
