We should be sitting around 710-720 million shares right now. Any cash needed after approval will be minimal shares. If we really want a war chest, $100 million at $15 a share would be 6.6 million shares, less than 1% of total shares. With the demand that will occur and the fast revenue we may do a shelf offering of less than a million shares or none at all.
