Material Event That May Effect Share Price...
Is it true that the CEO or company must report any "Material Event" within 4 days, that may negatively effect the share price? (Positve effects also???)
Seems like Nader's awareness of s/c data, once organized by Amerix, would qualify as a Material Event that could effect share price?
If nothing comes out today or after market tonight, it will be a wild weekend on CYDY forums/discussion boards with speculations, expectations, anxiety, concerns, counting gains, sp guesses, bashing, shopping for fancy cars and yachts, etc., etc., etc.
