Is it possible they are now breaking out the Cancer and the Excellegen as well maybe as other deals now? I know they were in the original 8-K, but maybe they are now redoing some with the new entity and might be additional upfront payments.

They really need a PR based on what Joe is saying. Seems like a bit of confusion and with a few weeks to go, that's a lot of time for everyone to do a lot of guessing.
