I have listened very closely to the section of the video starting from minute 31 on, where they are talking about the funding of all further vaccine development by Bintai Kinden.
And there I heard Joe say something about 4 contracts they signed with the Chinese entity, and that they expect up front payments in a total amount of $65 million. I have listened to that part several times, and I am sure that I hebe not heard it wrong.
Now, I imagine receiving that in a PR in the forum of "payment received". That could serve as a great substitute for a BARDA approval notice, right. In particular, if the deals also cover all the development expenses being paid in addition to the up front payment.
