I believe the $65 million Joe is referencing would include the licensing payments that would be due upon fulfilling the deliverable of a successful, approved vaccine. If I'm remembering correctly, the one from China would be $50MM.

So, while extremely significant, most of this money is still a number of hurdles down the road and won't be helping with vaccine development or other initiatives for at least a few months.
