OK, my non-expert understanding of this Patterson co-authored article is that, if you don't restore the CD8+ count, a patient can keep shedding virus for months.
Is that just the flip side of saying, leronlimab, with its immune rebalancing effect, clears the virus very fast?
Outside of the leron recipient's health, is this big enough to materially reduce the number of people infected by post-Covid patients?
