That could be I was looking at the second to last line on page 3 of the document(balance sheet) that said "Total stockholders equity (deficit)" assuming this was the line we care about and it was in parentheses so I figured that meant negative...but then again I was horrible in my required accounting courses in school so I am more than happy to be wrong.
