Seems pretty integral. It's possible that Joe wanted to clear the holidays and try to get an additional boost out of a PR on the $5MM. Of course, it's possible there are still issues w setting up the Chinese company (maybe the Jack Ma saga has the Chinese banking regulators clamping down). Or maybe there's a bigger issue there. We will know something by Thursday, either by announcement or omission...
