I’m not sure why it would not have been in the Dec PR ... seems like that PR was a distraction from the elephant in the room. Joe needs to land this deal. The PR seemed to indicate they can move forward without China ... but the China deal would provide a real shot in the arm (pun intended) for technology confidence.
