I think someone discussed this before, but wanted a bit more clarity on it. So, it was announced NGIO would be receiving the 5 million from the Chinese consortium deal by December 31st.
That being the case, the 8-K doesn't need to be filed for 3 -4 days after. But NGIO or Generex would / should make an announcement that they received the money correct, or do they not have to?
They are cutting it pretty close with the 31st tomorrow and businesses close early and it's already the 31st over there I believe.
