Two for Tuesday

Maybe you'd call it a 4'er

Since we did Vidgrid how about Vidyard

Really red, there are two Vid Something companies

In the outlook add-on list too, but I had to search harder

Yeah and they are in the same SPACE

Aren't you glad there isn't a VidVerb?

If you are an investor of Verb, good to know what's out there as there are plenty elsewhere that are all talk generalize and only get DD from longs

So you be the judge and watch another demo

https://www.vidyard.com/video-demo/

Wait for it...

Wait...

about the 45 second mark...

"and when they are finished watching, a video call to action can guide the prospect..."

What?

Finished watching...

Who is going to get to the end?

G95N.gif

I was watching the news the other night and they said moving forward, most artist will release short songs/videos less than 2 minutes

There goes those 5 minute in concert solos

It's because attention spans have shrunk

That seems negative...

I would rephrase it and say there is 100 times more multi-media out there wanting you attention.

So, who is ever going to get to the end of your sales video Vidyard that is a mile away?

Vidyard has 200 people (sounds familiar)

Vidyard raised $75M over 9 years

Gee, remember the crying about Verb's raise?

That was from non-investors and people that have no clue about tech stocks

Or they do...

Wonder if the documents have been served yet.

Vidyard is not raising money and a valuation of $75M unless it's a very down round which I don't think it is.

The last year they took on $15M of debt for funding so there goes the down round theorist that will pop up other places

red, you don't know that is wasn't toxic financing

yeah, I do, BMO...

"Serving customers for 200 years and counting, BMO is a highly diversified financial services provider - the 8th largest bank, by assets, in North America. With total assets of $807 billion as of January 31, 2019..."

https://gzconsulting.org/2020/01/16/vidyard-c...-facility/

So they raised/took on debt the same amount as Verb's market cap today

What are they worth or valued at?

That I don't know but will look some more

Figure a lot more than $75M

$150M?

$300M?

$500M?

The fact that they took on debt and not a Series D after their last Series in 2016 tells me they are close. Otherwise they would have done another Series.

Tells me they are cashflow positive but need a little toot

"Thousands of Companies Use Vidyard"

Better than the other Vid what's their name

But how many are 'paying' customers?

You see, it's free to create a video

You want to add a CTA at the end that few will see, oh and passwords protection, that is $180/yr.

You want analytics, that is $3,600 for 1-3 users

Got a real business, cost you $15K a year

Oh and everything after that is à la carte like Single Signon and a bunch more

Here's the kicker...

Video analytics startup Vidyard could list within two years

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-incontact-...6K20131218

That was 7 years ago and 11 days

Guess they aren't the only ones...

The solution is loved by Microsoft, Linkedin, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce...

When exactly was that?

All ice cream looks the same until you taste it

All sheets feel the same until you sleep in them

All chili taste the same until you eat it

Wait until they see Verb call to action 'within' the video

Going to be an interactive wake up call...
