Please forgive my naiveness in this post.

I just invested a sizeable amount in this today and I'm concerned from all the negativity that I'm reading, (not here-on other chatboards and twitter), that there is going to be a huge gap down on Monday because of this latest filing.

Can anyone help me out on how they think this will open Monday morning due to this latest filing?
