It's called "attention to detail" , Shallow...and a crucially important criteria to stay on top of.
Management always looks for a employment candidate, that possess that skill-set.
Why not set the example from the top down...delegate and direct employees or website subcontractors, to scrutinize, edit, and update verb.tech as needed.
