CytoDyn already working with company in the Philippines to seek approval or EUA at the appropriate time.
December 2 Duerte issues executive order regarding EUA's being now only one month.
December 3 CytoDyn issues CC PR during market hours without any indication of really what it is about.
December 4 CytoDyn posts links a copy of the December 2 article to their website in two locations, the top banner and the In The News section.
Definitely not counting on it, but maybe the stars are finally aligning for CytoDyn.
