Pretty decent analysis of continued deaths in USA even with excellent Covid vaccine. Assuming 20% refused vaccination, 318 million still without infection/immunity, 5% vaccine failure rate, and 0.65-2% mortality, likely that another 500,000-1,500,000 Americans still could die even with vaccine.
