At the one hour mark, Emily Lee asked Joe about federal gov't funding. Joe said we were working with BARDA, however Operation Warp Speed has taken over and they have picked their 3 candidates they are backing. So that sounds like US funding is out. However he does think the US gov't will have no choice but to come back to us eventually.
