Trying to find that "Austin Stevens" that Joe was saying is the appraisal company they are using. He said they are the ones ALL the big healthcare companies use. Well, I am obviously spelling it wrong, but even searching for healthcare appraisal firms doesn't come up with them. Of course, we use only the best, that no one can find...lol
