Now why would he do something illegal???
I think we all agree - DOC WOULDN'T DO SOMETHING ILLEGAL.

So by nature of that tweet - he demonstrated that he isn't presently bound by any pre-uplist secrecy.

HE DEMONSTRATED TRANSPARENCY.

And at this point - the only thing that will positively increase demand for what we own - is a bit more of that.
