Yes he is allowed to PR (board members) or use twitter (nasdaq). But I think until he is ready to get completely caught up on all filings/news/companies in the conglomerate, etc there isn't much we can do about it.
People like to go on about he works for us. That isn't really true of course unless someone makes it to the board of directors. We have 2 options: buy or sell. Thats all any stockholder in any stock can do.
We have 2 interesting things we have seen. 1 is the tweet about nasdaq. 2 is the riteaid linkedin. I'll stick around to see what happens with that.
