Press Releases?

I don't remember any news ever being released based upon any share price events or any indication that the writer has seen anything on stock boards. News always followed technology developments. What I've seen are updates, with a very limited audience, and press releases with a national or international potential viewership. They said they would release a formal press release after the Thanksgiving holiday. This is Tuesday.
