Good day to make a PR would be Thursday - after hours. MUST be a GOOD PR. Not just a rehash of recent news. Must (if you want a big Pop) also include a partner (named - NOT another NDA) along with info on testing - %'s. Also include if FDA App has begun. This is if you want a big pop and trigger a short squeeze. AND some MM's are shorting the S**t out of it right now.
