I beg to differ. Joe did say they were in the process of buying the shell. But he also later came out a couple of times and said it looked like the current approach was the better model, due to the % chunk that would be lost in the shell process... and that the shell approach was not taken.
So, yes, it now sucks that NGIO hasn't spun. And, yes, it would have been better to take that route.
But I am asking everyone on this board what good it does to rehash things that are no longer an option? Water under the bridge. These comments are not beneficial in any way, as there is no way to go back and choose our route again. And all it does is sour potential new investors on our investment.
