Issue is buildit, Joe went on conference calls saying we "bought" a shell company and would spin NGIO into it and uplist. I specifically asked questions on those conf calls to get particulars. Then it just disappeared. Never a reason why he chose not to go that route. Shareholders deserve to know what happened. You can't keep promoting things and then they just disappear. It has happened OVER and OVER with current management. Might sound like sour grapes, but the grapes were ripe when picked, management has made them sour hoping to produce some wine. Sometimes you get a bad batch of grapes that don't make good wine. But we deserve to know why the shell was dropped. Then it turned out we never bought them. I know it was stated we did.
