Exactly what I just comment as well zolis. Great minds think alike. They had the framework for Australia and New Zealand with Bintai by just using Malaysia. Minimal for the lawyers to work on. Obviously Joe spoke too soon back on 10/8. Or, as I have posted before, Bintai has NO MONEY and is going out to borrow and could not come up with the upfront money. I seriously think they are going to have issue paying for the US trials. What we don't need is to start trials and have them halted for lack of payment to sites.
