What I honestly don't get is why they are just now annoucing to have closed an MOU with Bintai in regards to Australia and NewZealand? We've been told during the last CC (wasn't it at the beginning of October?? So 7+ weeks ago??) that Bintai has made use of that Aus/NZ option and that they started negotiations of the related contract extensions. Now, instead of having announced the signing of this additional contract weeks ago, they come around with this new MOU?
Why is all of this taking so long at GNBT/NGIO?
I am really puzzled about all this? Is this just the language or distance barrier, or many many rounds that both lawyer sides need to take before such contracts are finalized? Or is it that both sides need such a long time to find common ground that they are able to agree on? In my naiv view, this shouldn't be such a big deal, after they had agreed on most of the general terms for Malaysia and neighbouring countries already. What is so siginificantly different to terms for Aus&NZ??
