On what basis is there expectation, or at least hope, that some sort of military contract will be announced and / or that some revenues from it are about to commence?

All I've seen about it are comments by the CEO. And that would be the same CEO who stated there wouldn't be a r/s, that McAfee revenues would ramp up a while ago and that we were close to winning the other 4 patent law suits.

So, it couldn't be just what he's said, because his credibility has clearly been shredded, there must be other sources. Could someone please post a link or something that would lead credence to this idea so I could feel hopeful too? Thanks.
