That’s right and now I am wondering if the same type of effort could be made by the three principals to defer a large marketing spend until it would not add so many shares via dilution. The Reg A, in my mind, can certainly wait if revenue is imminent.
As far as marketing as a whole though and in general, teamwork makes the dream work. I really think that if you have even 20 people who are committed to and have the energy to promote the products, and they work strategically, that a lot could be accomplished. Even if they were all on commission, if they work together they can accomplish far more. This would not require $2.5 million. Perhaps some other medium such as a few radio, television commercials on lower cost channels, and targeted social media ads could raise some awareness for a lower cost while such a team conducted some marketing. I am questioning whether management is considering or actively seeking something like this rather than simply saying there is a magic number to make things work. Just saying.
