As far as marketing as a whole though and in general, teamwork makes the dream work. I really think that if you have even 20 people who are committed to and have the energy to promote the products, and they work strategically, that a lot could be accomplished. Even if they were all on commission, if they work together they can accomplish far more. This would not require $2.5 million. Perhaps some other medium such as a few radio, television commercials on lower cost channels, and targeted social media ads could raise some awareness for a lower cost while such a team conducted some marketing. I am questioning whether management is considering or actively seeking something like this rather than simply saying there is a magic number to make things work. Just saying.
