My understanding is that the now-approved vaccines will prevent advanced disease progression but WILL NOT prevent infection. This means that people who received the vaccine can still be asymptomatic and carriers of the virus - possibly still infecting people.

VERIFY: Moderna, Pfizer vaccines may prevent disease, but not infection

To me this suggests that everyone still has to practice all the same restrictions they are now to prevent catching and potentially spreading to those not vaccinated - whether by choice or medical reasons.
