I am thoroughly disappointed by NP's actions regarding the capital raise. He touted it as an increase in funding without dilution (yet) and led investors to think it was much better than it was. The details prove otherwise.
I have little doubt that NP is taking a HUGE risk with this deal and if it doesn't pan out, there will doubtless be further dilution.
I am sure he's taking this risk because he thinks there is a very good chance at positive outcomes that will justify taking it. I do not like it that he tried to paint a pretty face....no, more like he did a massive plastic surgery to....mislead? deceive?...create the illusion that this deal was much more positive than it is.
Maybe the deal was absolutely necessary? And perhaps agreed to because he was too focused on cutting a deal without immediate dilution causing him to discount the terms of the deal more than he should have. Who knows. I am OK with him taking a big risk, but I do not like the way he handled informing us about this deal.
