Lots of discussion regarding the newest financing. It's an interesting discussion because it seems to divide this group right down the middle.
Optimists see it as a clear sign that something good is coming.
Pessimists see it as reinforcement of their frustrations with management.
I see this as Cytodyns "burnt ship" moment. Hernan Cortes famously burnt his ships upon landing on shore to signal to his men that there was no turning back.
This can be a scary thing for sure, but I remember this moment in my business. Was scary as hell at the time, but in retrospect it was the obvious move.
I would submit that all successful companies have this moment. I say go for it. All in.
