I think its clear that they believe 293 may be strong enough to halt the trial, and the 42 day metric will add more deaths in placebo than in the treatment arm.

I hope that we do not allow enrollment to slow during the next interim analysis. It is possible that the last 97 patients would be enrolled by the time we get the interim analysis completed.
