A lot will depend on the price of the Pfizer vaccine,. Outside of the US, prophylaxis (prevention/ the Pfizer vaccine) may be too costly to treat all front line and essential workers. It would probably be cheaper to use LLMab to treat the 15% that progress to severe/critical."
