Thinking more about it, my guess is that the Health ID is a component of the kit. The Health ID and kit are bought or distributed as a package. This reinforces the aspect of the ID as a volitional measure, something people to choose to employ and wear as they wish. Most likely determined by situation, depending on whether contact with others is casual or comes with a high degree of proximity, where trust in the safety of others is at a premium. If this is the case, then each kit presents two separate revenue streams for us: colloidal gold used in the construction of the kit, and Health ID. This first deployment by UK of 20 million tests represents 40 million separate income units for us.
