I guess we don't know if people must opt in to the Health ID or if it is an automatic part of the package. But we can assume at least some of the 20 million will include the ID, so this is prima facia evidence of income to some degree. While it is not so far part of the on-going discussion, we CAN assume that our colloidal gold is a component of every test kit, so that is definitely 20 million units of income.

The health secretary, Matt Hancock, announced the government had signed a deal for 20 million, from the company Innova Tried and Tested, on 19 October.
