Events in the UK continue to move forward, albeit, at a snail's pace, and believe

events will accelerate in January 2021. We are expecting a PO later

this month, November, for additional units for 2020. Nothing has changed with

UK's National Health System, (NHS) intentions.




Regarding NASDAQ, we plan on uplifting as soon as we meet all the requirements.

We are also considering the AMEX.




It will be difficult if we apply to soon. The share price would have to skyrocket and

without the fundamentals to warrant such a move is not practicable.




The oil and gas industry are a huge potential and we have been spending

part of our limited funds on designing and testing different programs on a

few uses that have the greatest potentials. We expect to begin beta testing

in late November or early December. I must caution you on investors

expectations on updates, shortly after we begin, partly, because it will take

many weeks or even months before we have definitive results and more

importantly, if successful, not to invite competition before we are in a position

to capitalize our efforts.
