Carson 3rd Qtr revenues will be irrelevant at this point, as it relates to anything future
Some details will give some insight into shares warrants,
Gary knows the 3rd Qtr results, rumor has it, the expectation might be lower than some of your figures or the 1.5 mil I expected, some have rumored it to be around 900 K That could be because a client didn't pay a significant payment on time. Gary counts revenues money received on time, that money wasn't received by end of September will count in October I am told. But it doesn't matter now as Gary is expecting a huge 4th Qtr. Maverick will be paying on the 4th Qtr so will the UK and other accounts. Maybe the 4th Qtr will be bogger than 4 mill maybe 5 million or more.
That 900 k ballpark figure or thereabouts might make investors draw wrong conclusions on the 4th Qtr being less than the 4 million Gary earlier projected, now some bashers might attempt to convince others that PCTL is in someway into a downward trend.
Perhaps Gary wanted to head off any misleading interpretations because the revenue that might be a little less than expected from the 3rd Qtr, by stating the expectation for the 4th Qtr of 2020 remains unchanged, reiterating the figure of 4 million-plus.
3rd Qtr meaningless. Also, forward-looking statements will outline current new deals and updates on orders etc. He could also give an update on October's revenues.
Gary would know what revenues are coming in. He is NOT a pumper.
Look at the deals we just learned of. Based on the deals we were just made aware of Gary went further than 4 million in 2020 he made early a revenue guidance for 2021 of 10 million.
That's not a stretch either as we learned he signed the Maverick deal that is worth multi-millions could be 4 to 5 million on its own merit. Doesn't include the UK, but those UK revenues will impact 2020 4th Qtr and there is no doubt 2021 revenues will be impacted significantly.
