Since the QB demands on-time financials, any chance they are waiting for PCTL to deliver Q3 on-time before listing, given that their last two quarterly reports were slow? It just seems that it is taking a little longer than usual. I’m sure there can be a million reasons, just tossing out a notion on a slow Monday morning. This week, at least early this week, might be a bad time to make a splash anyway since there are a few things going on in the news other than little PCTL climbing the latter to success.
